How much will my shipping cost?

Where is my order/delivery?

Shipping times may vary depending on location. Please use the tracking link provided to accurately track your order and find an estimated delivery date. 

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. Click on the link that says 'View Your Order' - this will take you to your account section on the website so you can select the relevant order and the tracking information will be displayed from your shipment provider.

Can I change the shipping address on my order?  

Our warehouse works very quickly, so if you want to make a change to your shipping address, please let us know as soon as you can at cs@mancaveinc.com. We will do our best to catch your order before it leaves the warehouse, but please be aware that this won't always be possible!

My order has been returned to you, what happens next?

If the tracking link for your order updates to 'returned to sender', this means that it is on its way back to our warehouse. This can be for a number of reasons such as retention exceeded at the post office, incorrect address, or if the order has been refused. 

Once the tracking has updated to this message, please get in touch with our customer service team at cs@mancaveinc.com

They will then be able to refund you for the order so you are able to place a new one. 

If the order is returned to us before you have contacted the team, we will automatically refund you for the order - you will receive an email notification from us when this has happened.

Will my order come in a branded box?

All of our orders are sent out in unbranded shipping boxes without the ManCave logo. This is so your ManCave order arrives in discreet packaging!

Are your products Cruelty Free?  

All of our cosmetic and personal care products are approved under the Cruelty Free International Leaping Bunny programme, the internationally recognisable gold standard for cruelty-free products. We adhere to a fixed cut-off date policy and proactively monitor our suppliers to ensure that our products continue to adhere to the Leaping Bunny criteria. Our supplier monitoring system is also independently audited.

Are your products Vegan Friendly?

Yes, all of our products are vegan-friendly!

Do your products contain Parabens, Sulphates or Petrochemicals?  

No, all of our products are free from Parabens, Sulphates (SLS SLES), Synthetic Dye, Mineral Oils and Petrolatum.

Are your products made in the UK?

Yes! All of our products are formulated and filled right here in the UK, then shipped to the EU.

How do I recycle my empty products?  

We constantly strive to engage in sustainable business, so we've made recycling our products as easy as possible. 

How to recycle the products: 

  • Tubes: Make sure you've squeezed every last drop out of the tube (nobody likes waste) and then simply drop the whole thing into your recycling. 
  • Bottles: Make sure you've squeezed every last drop out of the bottle, remove the cap and give the inside a quick rinse. Drop the cap and bottle into the recycling separately. 
  • Jars: Give the inside of the jar a quick rinse, peel off the label and place the jar lid and base into your recycling bin separately. 
Do you use synthetic ingredients in your products?  

ManCave uses a precise amalgamation of naturally derived ingredients and natural extracts, combined with carefully selected man-made ingredients to produce stable, honest formulations that truly perform and all for a fair price. 

We use natural and naturally derived ingredients wherever distinctly possible, and ensure that every product contains no nasties. 

How long will the products last?  

All ManCave products have a 12-month period after opening, meaning you've got a year to use them once you've opened the product!

I have sensitive skin, will your products be right for me?  

Our products are free from harmful nasties such as Parabens, Sulphates, Petrochemicals and Mineral Oils, which can often be a source of irritation to sensitive skin. However, if your skin is extremely sensitive to essential oils, then our products may not be right for you. We have a Sensitive range of products (including a moisturiser, face wash, body wash, micellar water etc.) that are formulated with gentler ingredients to reduce the risk of your skin reacting.
